One Window Share

Handfast charges one fee. Two percent of each trade. Holding is free. Sending outside a trade is free.
The Window Share does not credit a wallet. It enters a Timed Hold. Unbind turns that Hold into Closed HAND when the Live Window and a Counter Fill agree. Otherwise the Hold Rolls.
Worked cut. A 500 HAND sale leaves 10 HAND bound. If Unbind happens, 10 HAND leave issue. If the Roll happens, 10 HAND sit in the next Live Window. The sale proceeds are 490 HAND in both paths.
