What it can and cannot do
Handfast can bind a Window Share. It can Unbind into Closed HAND. It can Roll a Hold. It cannot do the rest of this list.
Can
- Take a Window Share of two percent on each trade.
- Park that share in a Timed Hold.
- Advance the Live Window on every transfer.
- Unbind when the Gate Rule and a Counter Fill agree.
- Roll a Hold that does not meet both conditions.
Cannot
- Change the Window Share, the Gate Rule, or the 6,000,000 HAND issue.
- Shift a Partner's HAND.
- Halt the Pair Book.
- Mint Closed HAND back into issue.
- Unbind a Hold early, redirect it, or settle it out of turn.
